Lincoln Leadership Academy won the last time they faced Executive Education Academy Charter School and Dileah Zapata did her part to make sure it happened again. The Lions walked away with a 3-1 win over the Raptors on Tuesday thanks in part to Zapata, who had 12 digs and five assists. She has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Lincoln Leadership Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 22-25, 25-10, 25-22, 25-22.

Lincoln Leadership Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-4. As for Executive Education Academy Charter School, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Lincoln Leadership Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Varsity Opponent on the 1st.
