Houston has gone a perfect 10-0 against Clarksville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Saturday. The Mustangs are taking a road trip to take on the Wildcats at 4:00 p.m.

Houston heads in on the heels of a playoff matchup on Wednesday. They fell just short of Collierville by a score of 1-0. Having soared to a lofty nine goals in the game before, Houston's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Meanwhile, Clarksville entered their tilt with Henry County on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They never let the Patriots get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. Considering Clarksville have won eight contests by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Clarksville's win bumped their record up to 14-4-1. As for Houston, their defeat ended a five-match streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5-2.

Houston took their victory against Clarksville in their previous meeting back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 4-0 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Mustangs since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
