Basketball Recap: Sweet Water Takes a Loss

Sweet Water was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat dating back to last season. They were beaten by the Shields Panthers 72-2. The contest marked the Bulldogs' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Sweet Water's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Shields, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-2.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Choctaw County the next time they take the court. Sweet Water will head out to face Choctaw County at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Shields will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
