Volleyball Recap: Kearsarge Comes Up Short

Kearsarge was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Belmont Red Raiders, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Red Raiders this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Kearsarge's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Belmont, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-2.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Kearsarge will challenge rival Conant at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Belmont is set to face off against their familiar foe Moultonborough Academy at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
