Basketball Recap: Lorenzo Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Lorenzo can now relate to. They took a 46-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Guthrie Jaguars on Monday. The Hornets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Jaguars apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2015.

This is the second loss in a row for Lorenzo and nudges their season record down to 16-11. As for Guthrie, their win bumped their record up to 23-8.

Lorenzo does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Guthrie, they will challenge Sands on Thursday. Sands will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Guthrie surely won't give up without a fight.
