Softball Recap: Geneva Comes Up Short

Geneva lost against South Seneca back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Panthers fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 13-12. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Geneva's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for South Seneca, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-3 record this season.

Geneva will face off against North Rose-Wolcott at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Cougars will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight. As for South Seneca, they will square off against Mynderse Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The timing is sure in the Falcons' favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while the Blue Devils have been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road.
