Basketball Recap: Auburn Extends Road Winning Streak to 16

Auburn waltzed into their match on Tuesday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Falls City Tigers 77-25. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Falls City lost, don't look at Keifer Adams. Despite the final result, he posted ten points.

Auburn pushed their record up to 14-2 with the victory, which was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.7 points per game. As for Falls City, they are on an 18-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Auburn will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Syracuse at 7:30 p.m. on February 11th. As for Falls City, they will venture away from home to square off against Weeping Water at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
