Soccer Recap: Field's Win on Thursday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Field's game on Thursday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 win over the Roosevelt Rough Riders. Cedric Martin had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Field.

The victory (which was Field's third in a row) raised their record to 5-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 26 goals over those three matches. As for Roosevelt, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2-2.

Field has already played their next contest, a 4-0 victory against Cloverleaf on the 16th. As for Roosevelt, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 1-0 loss against Bay on the 13th.
