Baseball Recap: Concordia Lutheran Takes a Loss

Concordia Lutheran was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They fell 6-2 to the Kinkaid Falcons. The Crusaders were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Falcons apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Cole Lanclos made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI. That triple marked the first that he has hit this season.

Concordia Lutheran's loss dropped their record down to 12-8-1. As for Kinkaid, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

Concordia Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kinkaid, they will face off against St. John's at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
