Softball Recap: Mars Takes a Loss

The Mars Fightin' Planets came up short against the Mohawk Area Warriors on Friday, falling 12-2. The Fightin' Planets have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Abby Robinson was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-3 with one triple and two RBI.

Mars now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Mohawk Area, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Mars will challenge Beaver at 3:45 p.m. on Monday. Beaver will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mars surely won't give up without a fight. As for Mohawk Area, they will square off against Laurel at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
