Basketball Recap: New Berlin Takes a Loss

New Berlin was the 42-40 winner over Auburn when they last played one another back in February of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The New Berlin Pretzels had to suffer through a 63-23 loss at the hands of the Auburn Trojans. The game marked the Pretzels' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

New Berlin has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season. As for Auburn, their victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 25-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. New Berlin will square off against Riverton at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Auburn, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Maroa-Forsyth at 7:00 p.m.
