Softball Recap: Walhalla Takes a Loss

Walhalla extended their losing streak to five on Friday, dropping them down to 5-15. They lost 12-1 to the T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Razorbacks of the 4-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2025.

As for T.L. Hanna, their victory bumped their record up to 21-4. Considering they have won 15 contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

For T.L. Hanna's part, Addison Sharp 2028 was a major factor no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, striking out 13 batters over 4.1 innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits (and only one walk). Sharp 2028 has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in seven consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one triple, and one run.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Callie Kinert 2028, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Kendall Coakley 2029, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases and three runs.

As of now, neither Walhalla nor T.L. Hanna have any future games scheduled.
