Volleyball Recap: Westminster Victorious

Westminster won the last time they faced Chamblee and things went their way on Saturday too. The Wildcats came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0.

Sophia Alston paced Westminster's offense, picking up eight kills. Alston got some help from Munday Tyrone and her nine assists. Alston was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Westminster's victory bumped their record up to 9-2. As for Chamblee, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-7.

Westminster wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Wesleyan on the 16th. As for Chamblee, they have also already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Northside on the 16th.
