Basketball Recap: North Providence Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Despite a phenomenal run in the regular season, North Providence couldn't carry that success into this playoff game. They took a 59-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Lincoln Lions on Friday. The Cougars just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

North Providence's loss dropped their record down to 20-4. As for Lincoln, their win bumped their record up to 15-10.

As of now, neither North Providence nor Lincoln have any future games scheduled.
