Basketball Game Preview: Potlatch Loggers vs. Genesee Bulldogs

Potlatch is 2-8 against Genesee since February of 2020 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Thursday. The Potlatch Loggers will face off against the Genesee Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m.

Last Friday, Potlatch was just a bucket shy of victory and fell 38-37 to Clearwater Valley. The Loggers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Genesee put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 53-46 victory over Pomeroy.

Genesee pushed their record up to 4-0 with the win, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Potlatch, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.

Potlatch came up short against Genesee when the teams last played back in February of 2024, falling 67-54. Can Potlatch avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
