Baseball Game Preview: Chaminade Eagles vs. Sierra Canyon Trailblazers

For the second straight game, Chaminade will face off against Sierra Canyon. The Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Trailblazers at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday.

Having struggled with eight defeats in a row, Chaminade turned things around against Sierra Canyon on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Trailblazers by a score of 3-2 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Eagles have posted since February 26th.

Jackson Schroeder tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits over 4.2 innings pitched.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Ryder Gullage, who scored a run while going 2-for-2. Those two hits gave him a new career-high. Kaiden Dizon-Sanchez was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run.
