Basketball Recap: Bible Baptist Christian Takes a Loss

Bible Baptist Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They took a 51-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Coastal HomeSchool Hurricanes.

Rae HeidtHarris went supernova for Coastal HomeSchool, dropping a double-double on 21 points and 16 rebounds. The dominant performance gave HeidtHarris a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Annabel Sanchez, who posted 16 points and four steals.

Bible Baptist Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Coastal HomeSchool, their win ended a seven-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-13.

Bible Baptist Christian has already played their next matchup, a 52-49 victory against Heritage Christian Academy on the 17th. As for Coastal HomeSchool, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 69-37 defeat against Alleluia Community on the 18th.
