Volleyball Recap: Kennedy Takes a Loss

If Kennedy was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Santa Ana Valley last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Kennedy fell just short of the Fullerton Indians by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Fighting Irish were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Kennedy now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Fullerton, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-12 record this season.

Kennedy will welcome Tustin at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fullerton, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Valencia on the 29th.
