Lake Stevens had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. Everything went their way against the Issaquah Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Vikings as they're now sitting on 12 straight.

Lake Stevens walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 25-10.

Laura Eichert was the offensive standout of the match as she hit 85.7% for 24 kills and four digs and two aces. The last time her hitting percentage was this high was back in October of 2024.

Eichert wasn't the only good servers: Lake Stevens was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 11 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 18 consecutive contests.

Lake Stevens' record is now 31-3. As for Issaquah, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-6.

Lake Stevens has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Gonzaga Prep on the 22nd. As for Issaquah, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Puyallup on the 22nd.
