Football Recap: Walled Lake Western's Undefeated Season over After Three Games + How To Watch

Walled Lake Western scored first but ultimately less than Mott in their contest on Friday. They fell 42-34 to the Corsairs. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (31), the Warriors still had to take the loss.

Mott got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Geno Seets out in front who threw for 256 yards and three TDs on only 17 passes, and also rushed for 68 yards on only five carries. Malcolm Gibson was another key rusher, gaining 170 total yards and two touchdowns.

Having lost for the first time this season, Walled Lake Western fell to 2-1. As for Mott, the victory was the fourth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Walled Lake Western will take on Walled Lake Northern at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Mott, they will square off against Notre Dame Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
