Basketball Recap: Antlers Comes Up Short

After flying high against Fort Towson last Monday, Antlers came back down to earth. The Antlers Bearcats received a blow on Thursday as they fell 56-39 to the Wright City Lumberjax. The Bearcats haven't had much luck with the Lumberjax recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.

Antlers' loss dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Wright City, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 17-2 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Rock Creek the next time they take the court. Wright City will host Rock Creek at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, while Antlers will head out to face them at 8:00 p.m. on Monday.
