Brookside entered their tilt with Norton on Friday with two consecutive wins , and they'll enter their next game with three. They really took it to the Norton Panthers for the full four quarters, racking up an 84-54 win. The Cardinals have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Brookside's victory bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Norton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-13.

Looking ahead, Brookside will be taking part in a tournament against Marlington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Brookside knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past 14 matchups -- so hopefully Marlington likes a good challenge. Norton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
