Baseball Recap: Freeman Takes a Loss

Freeman was the 13-12 winner over Colville when they last played one another back in March of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Scotties took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Crimson Hawks on Saturday.

Freeman's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Colville, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Coincidentally, Freeman and Colville will both be playing Chewelah the next time they take the field. The Scotties will head out to face the Cougars at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, while the Crimson Hawks will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
