Baseball Recap: Riverside Comes Up Short

Riverside fell victim to Washington and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 18-0 to the Generals. The Bulldogs haven't had much luck with the Generals recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Riverside's loss dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Washington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 24-5.

Riverside does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Washington, they will face off against Oxford at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Chargers will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Generals surely won't give up without a fight.
