Volleyball Recap: Beckman Takes a Loss

Beckman saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell just short of the Vacaville Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vacaville can attribute much of their success to Riley Van Pelt, who had nine digs and two aces.

Beckman's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Vacaville, the victory snapped their losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 6-8 record.

Beckman wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Yucaipa on the 6th. As for Vacaville, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Corona del Mar on the 6th.
