San Diego has gone 8-2 against Falfurrias recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The San Diego Vaqueros will be playing in front of their home fans against the Falfurrias Fightin' Jerseys at 7:45 p.m. San Diego knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past five matches -- so hopefully Falfurrias likes a good challenge.

Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game on Friday (57), the Vaqueros still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Falfurrias played a tough game on Friday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They came up short against Bishop, falling 77-53. The Fightin' Jerseys were down 62-39 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.

San Diego will need focus on slowing down Quisto Sanchez, one of several Falfurrias players who made an impact when they last played. He posted 18 points and six rebounds. TJ Forest was another key player, going 5 of 8 en route to 11 points.

Falfurrias' defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for San Diego, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 19-8.

San Diego didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Falfurrias in their previous meeting on January 7th, but they still walked away with a 38-32 victory. Will San Diego repeat their success, or does Falfurrias have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
