Norco is 8-2 against Corona since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Thursday. Norco is headed into the contest having just suffered their closest loss since January 5, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Yucaipa by a score of 69-67. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Monday (63), the Cougars still had to take the loss.

Meanwhile, Corona really took it to Jurupa Hills for the full four quarters, racking up a 69-42 victory. The Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 27 points or more this season.

Corona pushed their record up to 15-7 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 26.7 points. As for Norco, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-13.

Norco took their victory against Corona in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 83-58. Will Norco repeat their success, or does Corona have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
