Baseball Recap: Waialua Comes Up Short

After soaring to 13 runs the game before, Waialua was a bit more limited in their contest on Wednesday. They lost 9-1 to the Wai'anae Seariders. If the Bulldogs were looking for revenge after losing 14-5 to the Seariders when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Waialua's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Wai'anae, the win keeps they at an undefeated 8-0.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Waialua will face off against rival Kapolei at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Wai'anae is set to take on their familiar foe Radford at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Seariders 1.1, the Rams 1.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
