Soccer Recap: Thomas Dale Comes Up Short

After flying high against Hopewell last Thursday, Thomas Dale came back down to earth. The Knights fell just short of the Prince George Royals by a score of 2-1 on Thursday. Thomas Dale were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Prince George earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Thomas Dale has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season. As for Prince George, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-2-1.

Coming up, Thomas Dale will welcome Dinwiddie at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Prince George, they are taking a road trip to take on L.C. Bird at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
