Baseball Recap: Lincoln Sets Scoring Season-High Against Roland-Story

Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 17th straight loss dating back to last season. They took an 8-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Roland-Story Norsemen. On the bright side, the four- run performance marked the Railsplitters' highest-scoring contest to date.

Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Roland-Story, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Norsemen beat Lincoln by a score of 8-6 later that day.
