Basketball Recap: Sedro-Woolley Takes a Loss

Sedro-Woolley lost against Anacortes back in February of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Sedro-Woolley Cubs fell just short of the Anacortes Seahawks by a score of 54-51. The Cubs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sedro-Woolley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Anacortes, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season.

Sedro-Woolley will be home for the holidays to greet Nooksack Valley at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Anacortes, they are taking a road trip to square off against Bellingham at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
