Soccer Recap: Anson Plays to a Tie

Anson can bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Tuesday. They and the South Davidson Wildcats finished up on equal footing with a 3-3 draw. The result (or lack thereof) marked Anson's first draw of the season.

Leigha Clarke and Layla Britt scored all three of Anson's goals, bringing their combined season tally to eight goals.

With that draw, Anson's record moves to 3-7-1. As for South Davidson, they moved theirs to 3-4-2.

Anson didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 9-0 defeat against Piedmont on the 3rd. South Davidson has also already played their next matchup (against North Rowan), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
