Soccer Game Preview: Jordan vs. Seven Lakes

The Jordan Warriors are taking a road trip to square off against the Seven Lakes Spartans at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Jordan's favor is that they have posted at least four goals in their last three contests.

If Seven Lakes heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Jordan took over last week. Jordan put the hurt on Cinco Ranch with a sharp 4-0 win on Thursday. The Warriors' defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matchups.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Seven Lakes was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They fell just short of Katy Taylor by a score of 2-1.

Jordan is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which somehow still isn't as good as their 8-1-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 22 goals over those six matchups. As for Seven Lakes, they now have a losing record at 2-3-2.
