Football Recap: Carson Cougars vs. West Rowan Falcons
If Carson was riding high fresh off their 41-20 takedown of Salisbury last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Cougars fell 21-14 to the West Rowan Falcons on Friday. The contest was a 14-14 toss-up at halftime, but the Cougars couldn't quite close it out.
Despite the loss, Carson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Damo'N Broussard rushed for 122 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries. Broussard's longest rush was for an incredible 80 yards.
