Basketball Recap: Beaver Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

Beaver came into Saturday's contest having lost four straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They snuck past the Canton Tigers with a 46-42 victory on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Dusters, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Beaver's win bumped their record up to 3-14. As for Canton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Beaver will head out to face off against Goodwell at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Canton, they will square off against Cherokee at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
