Football Recap: Lyndhurst Extends Winning Streak to Three + How To Watch

If Garfield wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Lyndhurst, they should've done a better job of containing Avery Cano. The Golden Bears were the clear victors by a 29-6 margin over the Boilermakers on Friday with plenty of help from Cano, who rushed for 183 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.8 yards per carry. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 55 yards.

The win (which was Lyndhurst's third in a row) raised their record to 3-1. The victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 4.3 points on average over those games. As for Garfield, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.
