Recap: Buford Yellowjackets vs. Chesterfield Golden Rams
This season hasn't been kind to the Buford Yellowjackets, who are still winless after their 18th matchup. They fell to Chesterfield 44-40. Buford has struggled against Chesterfield recently, as their contest on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Several Yellowjackets players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jake Milhorn, who scored eight points. The team also got some help courtesy of Aaron Morris, who scored 14 points along with six rebounds and two steals.
Buford bumped their record down to 0-18 with that defeat, which was their 11th straight at home. As for Chesterfield, their victory ended a ten-game drought on the road and puts them at 2-14.
Buford will square off against Cheraw at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chesterfield, they will be playing at home against Andrew Jackson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Andrew Jackson will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.
