Baseball Recap: Redondo Union Falls to San Juan Hills in First Game of Season

Redondo Union unfortunately couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They fell 12-7 to the San Juan Hills Stallions on Tuesday.

Parker Leoff made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and scored a run while going 3-for-3. Another player making a difference was Mikey Ricardo, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Looking ahead, Redondo Union will head out to challenge Yorba Linda at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. As for San Juan Hills, they will be taking part in a tournament against Downey at 3:00 p.m. on Friday.
