Baseball Recap: Jupiter Finds Playoff Glory Versus Park Vista

It's playoff time, and Jupiter had no trouble coming through when it counted. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Park Vista Cobras on Wednesday, sneaking past 5-3. The victory was nothing new for the Warriors as they're now sitting on three straight.

Ethan Trivison tossed a big game, striking out seven batters over 6.1 innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March.

On the hitting side, Griffin Miller was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Ryan Senecal, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one double, and one RBI.

Jupiter's win bumped their record up to 23-9. As for Park Vista, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 24-8.

Jupiter will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Cobras: the pair will be back at it again later today.
