Lake Braddock won the last time they faced Robinson and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Bruins had just enough and edged out the Rams 3-2. Winning may never get old, but the Bruins sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Lake Braddock had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first two sets, they turned around to win the next three. The final score came out to 24-26, 23-25, 25-20, 25-17, 15-11.

Lake Braddock found their leader in freshman Jacob Wong, who had ten digs and five assists. Sun Yang also deserves some recognition as he posted his first assist of the season.

Lake Braddock was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 14 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in four consecutive matchups.

Lake Braddock's record now sits at 9-6. As for Robinson, they have been struggling recently as they've lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Lake Braddock has already played their next match, a 3-2 win against Justice on the 22nd. As for Robinson, they will face off against Woodson at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
