Jonesport-Beals got themselves on the board against Searsport on Wednesday, but Searsport never followed suit. They were the clear victors by a 16-0 margin over the Vikings. Considering the Royals have won three games by more than seven runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Aspen Alley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out nine batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit (and not a single walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than seven strikeouts any time she's pitched this season. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-2 with one run and one RBI.
