Basketball Recap: West Linn Comes Up Short

West Linn was the 64-61 winner over Nelson when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Lions fell 73-60 to Nelson on Tuesday.

West Linn's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Nelson, the win was the ninth in a row (dating back to last season) for them, bringing their record up to 2-0.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Linn will look to takes advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they takes on Wilsonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Nelson, they will host Lake Oswego at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
