Baseball Recap: Hickman County Comes Up Short

Hickman County managed to slip by Lewis County the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Bulldogs lost 9-2 to the Panthers on Wednesday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last three times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Hickman County's loss dropped their record down to 13-12. As for Lewis County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-16-1.

Lewis County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-3 defeat against Riverside on the 30th. Hopefully Hickman County paid attention to the Panthers' matchup: the next time they hit the field , they'll take on the Panthers at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
