Basketball Recap: Yarmouth Comes Up Short

Yarmouth suffered their biggest loss since December 26, 2024 on Saturday. They lost 62-40 to the York Wildcats. While losing is never fun, the Clippers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Maine basketball rankings (they are ranked 31st, while the Wildcats are ranked fifth).

Yarmouth's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for York, the win keeps them at an undefeated 16-0.

Yarmouth has already played their next match, a 48-38 loss against Greely on the 4th. York has also already played their next game (against Poland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
