Polk County's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Avery County Vikings as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

While Polk County won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-22, 25-16.
