Softball Recap: Delta Takes a Loss

Delta lost to Richfield back in March and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Rabbits came up short against the Wildcats, falling 13-2. The Rabbits have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Delta saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Joslyn Christiansen, who went 1-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

Delta's loss dropped their record down to 7-11. As for Richfield, they pushed their record up to 11-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Coming up, Delta will head out to challenge Milford at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rabbits' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Tigers have averaged an impressive 10 runs per game this season. As for Richfield, they will welcome Cedar at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
