Soccer Game Preview: Marshall vs. Taft

Marshall is 0-9-1 against Taft since February of 2019 but things could change on Wednesday. The Rams will be playing in front of their home fans against the Raiders at 5:00 p.m. Taft took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Marshall, who comes in off a win.

Marshall will bounce into Wednesday's matchup after beating Stevens, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. The Rams walked away with a 3-1 win over the Falcons on Friday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Marshall.

Meanwhile, Taft fell victim to O'Connor and their airtight defense on Saturday. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 1-0.

Taft now has a losing record of 6-7-1. As for Marshall, their victory bumped their record up to 5-8-2.
