Football Game Recap: Wakefield vs. National Collegiate Prep

The last time they met, National Collegiate Prep were the 38-14 winner over Wakefield. This time around? They had no such luck. National Collegiate Prep were within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday, as they fell 28-34 to Wakefield. National Collegiate Prep are ranked 21st in the MaxPreps state rankings (262 spots ahead of Wakefield), so the defeat was all the more frustrating.

The loss dropped National Collegiate Prep back to even at 3-3. The win bumped Wakefield's record up to 2-4.

Next week National Collegiate Prep take on KIPP College Prep at 12:00 PM. As for Wakefield, they will face off against Lee. Wakefield will be strutting in after a victory while Lee will be stumbling in from a loss.
