Raleigh Charter lost to Triangle Math & Science back in December of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Friday. The Phoenix managed a 28-23 win over the Tigers. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Phoenix.

Raleigh Charter's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Triangle Math & Science, they dropped their record down to 3-3 with the loss, which was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season.
