Windsor extended their winning streak to nine on Tuesday, bumping them up to 15-2. They walked away with a 6-3 win over the Southampton Indians. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 7-4 back in March.

Ayden Mills was incredible, firing off two home runs while going 3-for-3. Those two home runs gave him a new career-high.

As for Southampton, they dropped their record down to 10-6 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road. That's two games in a row now that they have lost by exactly three runs.

On Southampton's side, Riland Aldrich was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Aldrich has become a key player for the Indians: the team is 7-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 3-5 otherwise.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Windsor will host Sussex Central at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 7.7 runs per game on average), something the Dukes will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Southampton, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Surry County at 4:30 p.m. The Indians' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Cougars have averaged an impressive 8.4 runs per game this season.
